Green Beans with Lemon Butter

approx. 1 T sea salt
1 lb fresh or frozen green beans
2 T unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1 T finely grated lemon zest
freshly ground black pepper

1. Steam green beans until just tender, and still a bright green. Drain.
2. Add butter and zest; toss and season with salt and pepper.
