Hot Dog Casserole
Serves 4-6
1 package "uncured" hotdogs (no nitrates)
6 potatoes
1 16-oz. package of Imagine Organic Creamy Potato Leek Soup
salt & pepper to taste
(grated cheese-optional)
1. Peel potatoes and cut into chunks. Boil until you can prick it through with a fork.
2. Slice hotdogs into bite-sized rounds.
3. Mix all ingredients together in a 9x13 casserole.
4. Bake at 350 until bubbly, 20 - 30 minutes.
